8 WEEKS OF WELLNESS PROGRAM

Our 8 Weeks of Wellness program is designed for the woman who prefers a more in-depth structure for her workouts & nutrition.

The 8 Weeks of Wellness program includes:

  • 4 programmed Strength workouts (2 Upper Body & 2 Lower Body) and 1 HIIT workout / week designed to progressively challenge your body over 8 weeks

  • Nutrition support including coaching videos on healthy eating, grocery guide & recipe suggestions

  • A program workbook including space for goal setting, weekly reflection and healthy habit tracking.

  • Weekly holistic wellness coaching videos

  • Community engagement and support from Chels if you join the program LIVE (limited offerings throughout the year)
